Invoice #1761. I called Prime Appliance Repairs to inspect my leaking washing machine. I was impressed with the quality of service throughout the experience. My technician Jack was very thorough and informative regarding the fault with the washing machine and quickly diagnosed the problem and the cost of repair. He was very pleasant and performed the repair and tested the machine to ensure all was working before he left. I would certainly recommend Prime Appliance for their work and quality of service!

I had a service technician look at my faulty washing machine. He was extremely professional, and made sure to explain what was wrong. What I appreciate the most is that the Manager called to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Not many companies out there are truly there for the customer. I would like to send a kudos out to Daniel (manager) for making my experience with Prime a fantastic one. Invoice # 1416- The washing machine of my Parents (who are seniors) broke down due to a common issue I that I discovered with front load washing machines. The washing machine started to make a loud knocking noises when running through the spin cycle. While the machine still ran and emptied the water appropriately, the drum eventually stopped turning. I called several appliance repair services… the majority of which stated that I should purchase a new machine after I described the problem. Having resided to purchasing a new machine reluctantly, I decided to call one last repair company. After describing my issue fully, the repair man was upfront and honest that the machine was fixable but would be costly. At any rate we decided to go ahead with the repairs. Daniel was very enthusiastic to do this job. He literally took the entire machine apart, cleaned, fix the part and put the machine back together. Daniel was more than an amazing repair man. He was polite and respectful, wore booties in my house, and was able to work in the cramped quarters of where the washing machine resided. My machine works better now than it ever has. To top it all off, I received a follow up phone call a week later to ensure all was still well with my washer. Which repair company do you know does that! I have recommended this Company’s services to my friends and will definitely not hesitate to call this company for any future repairs. My only complaint would be that they should have some sort of discount for seniors. Thank you for an amazing job!
